Shift (Founder and Editor-in-Chief)

Shift was more than just a magazine. It was a movement. A pop culture, environmentally friendly media group that included a monthly printed publication, a website, weekly newsletters, gift giveaways, and more. Shift combined the sexiness of a fashion brand with the wisdom and awareness of a socially conscious consumer to create a new kind of lifestyle information source.

The Shift business plan won the NYU Stern Business Plan competition in 2005 and $100,000 in seed money.
