Houstonia and Portland Monthly Magazines (Editorial Director)

As the lead editorial consultant for SagaCity’s Houstonia and Portland Monthly magazines, I had the great pleasure to oversee content creation and development, print and CMS scheduling, and final design for these award-winning city publications. Specific duties include top editing, assigning departments and features, writing headlines, subheads, and captions, and even getting the occasional byline. Particularly rewarding was having the opportunity to manage and mentor the small but talented staffs for both publications.
